Sioux Falls Family Receives Community Service Award
J&L Harley-Davidson® of Sioux Falls, owned by Jimmy and Joe Entenman, was awarded the first annual Community Service Award this week at the South Dakota Retailers Association (SDRA) annual banquet in Pierre.
The Entenmans were recognized for their involvement in several community activities, including Hot Harley® Nights, bike night, Special Olympics, Make A Wish, and other events that support veterans, children, first responders and families in need.
"We are proud to have the Entenmans as long-time members of the South Dakota Retailers Association," said Executive Director Nathan Sanderson. "Our businesses love giving back to their communities and J&L Harley-Davidson® exemplifies that spirit."
J&L Harley-Davidson® was started in 1975 by Jim and Lonnie Entenman. Now 44 years later, their sons Jimmy and Joe run the business and have expanded it to 4 locations, including one in North Dakota. They employ 120 full-time and part-time staff.
The SDRA Community Service Award recognizes a business that goes above and beyond to give back to the citizens of its community.

2022 H-D® Premier Service Award
Congratulations on our J&L Harley-Davidson® Service Department for receiving the Silver Premier award in 2022! The H-D® Premier Service Award Program is a comprehensive dealer service performance and rewards program that recognizes the very best performing service departments and service staff in Harley-Davidson® dealerships.
In total, 300 dealers across the country qualified for one of the three award levels in 2022. There were 20 top performing dealers at the Platinum service level, 130 Gold-level dealers and 150 Silver-level dealers. 2022 was a great start to many more award years ahead. We are excited to work towards reaching Platinum level this year!
